Problem area

Elderly individuals often live alone or away from immediate family support, while their caregivers are geographically distant and lack real-time visibility into their health and well-being. This gap leads to delayed response, increased anxiety for families, and higher risks related to loneliness, neglect, and unnoticed health deterioration among seniors

Problem statement

“ To enable NRI’s to monitor and take care of their loved ones health and help them overcome social isolation and loneliness promoting healthy living. ”

User Flow

This user flow for Sahaye maps a clear and accessible journey focused on health tracking and quick assistance. After login, users answer a few contextual questions to personalize recommendations, enable fast contact, and integrate IoT devices or other apps. The home and health dashboard allow users to track weekly records, set reminders, and export data for medical reference. A secondary scan-based flow supports assisted access, offering quick entry to fast contact, the health dashboard, and an activity calendar, ensuring support in both everyday and emergency scenarios.

Onboarding

The onboarding screens in Sahaye are designed to quickly educate users on what the app can do and guide them on what to do next. They highlight key capabilities such as health tracking, emergency fast contact, and assisted access, while clearly prompting users to complete essential setup steps.
